What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?
(We need to know what you are doing so we can do the exact same to try and get the same error)
1. install spotify
2. login with username
3. below settings -> take premium
4. click on take premium -> product in your region not available

Hmmm.. thats weird. You might want to try and get in contact with Spotify directly on this, they should be able to figure out what is going on and get things fixed for you!
