There are several ways to buy Spotify. It depens on your country! Paypal and credit card are the most used. So maybe you can be more specific about the country you are living currently. 

You can buy pre-paid premium cards in local stores. In the Netherlands there is the option to buy premium with iDeal. 

So the easy way is to buy pre-paid premium cards in your local store. For 1 month, 3 months and more.
