Problème de Connexion

Bonjour je suis un abonnement premium de Spotify
Lorsque je télécharge des albums ( environ 1 000 chansons en tout) ils sont conservés en mode hors connexion mais au bout de quelques jours sans que j'ai accès à la wifi les téléchargements disparaissent tout seul et j'ai beau regarder les réglages ou l'aide du support de Spotify je ne trouve rien à ce sujet 😕
Donc si jamais vous savez ce que je pourrais faire pour régler ce problème ça m'aiderait !

Bonsoirs, je n'arrive plus a me connecter quand j'essaye il me dit que mon mots de passe est incorrect mais il est correct ou alors qu'aucune adresse mail n'est associée alors que si donc je me suis dit que j'allais me recréer un  compte pour voir ce que ça allait faire puis il me propose de me connecter a m'ont compte et Ducoup c'est interminable.
