I'm trying to use the app on my phone and get "You are currently set to offline. Please go online to connect to Spotify." It happened to me recently and I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app to get it to work. There has to be another answer because I lost all my downloaded music when I did that. Why is it doing this? I don't have Wifi available to me at work, so yet, I want to listen to my downloaded music. Thank you. Last time I'm messing with this. Also frustrating that the chat feature doesn't work for me and I can't call anyone. This is my last effort before I go elsewhere.
