My Question or Issue

There is no slider on the progress bar while I am listening to a song to adjust the time, I just have to listen to the song from start to finish. This problem only occurs on this device, I've tried restarting, uninstalling.

Hello ,

I am not able to drag move my progress bar when i am listening on my app, but when i am listening on web player with same account as of my mobile i am able to drag move my progress bar of my app , idk whats happening 
kindly give me solution

Progess Bar not working for any song, whether its from daily mix or anything.

 

It appears that you have removed the seek bar. What kind of limitation is this? We use many other apps for online music where we can utilize the seek bar to avoid replaying certain sections. This is the first time I've seen the seek bar being removed, wow! You must learn from other apps out there. Due to the absence of a seek bar, the user experience with your app is getting worse. Is your main goal just to make money? Do you not have any standards?

Can only play 6 songs according to you in an hour after that it shuffles and you cannot play songs according to you

i am having a same problem and i dont know if my account is chosen for the testing of not sliding of the progress bar because when i log into another account the progress bar works just fine

but in this account it doesnt work can somebody please help

You can still listen to all the songs, artists, and playlists you like in the new experience. You could also try our Premium offers to play any song anytime, get unlimited skips, download songs, and more.

Cap. I never faced such issues before. This has been the case only recently (for like a month or so). Even after the recent update where u guys made shuffle and play in order premium features (Not cool -_-), it’s not mentioned anywhere that you need premium to change playback position in the playing song. And, fyi, it’s not working on daily mix as well. Pls resolve this issue ASAP before you guys start losing customers to Amazon Prime Music and it’s too late.

They have really a good business strategy of making money by compromising on customer satisfaction and losing customers in the process. 

I'm on premium family plan and this is happening with me too..
