I try this befor to and now again, but it stands that I dont delete any playliste

Hi,

 

Today I couldn't log in on my phone, so I refresh my passwoord.

Finelly I could go intro my account, but all my playlists are gone!!!

 

How is that passeble?

 

Please help me!

Hey @user-removed! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

 

What happened: You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.


What to do: To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username, not your email address.

Please try to reinstall your app. Here's a  step by step tutorial. ^^

Be sure to check the recover playlist list?  *recover playlists*

And can you see your playlists on your computer or on the Spotify web player?
