If I'm paying for premium why am I having maximum number of downloads reached?

You can sync up to 3,333 tracks from the Spotify catalogue on 3 separate devices (phone, tablet, computer, etc.). So that’s 9,999 tracks total. It's due to the licensing conditions from music labels:

This is no good I have the same problem thankfully I came about this during the 3 month trial but I don't have cell service sm@ work and need an app I can listen to music all day with out these limitations anyone know of a better app for this???
