Remove songs from playlist algorithms?

I've listened to a few commedy shows on Spotify and really enjoyed them. Unfortunately, these "tracks" are being added to automatic playlists like "Your Summer Rewind" or "Your Top Songs 2017". Is there anyway to remove them from the list? It's great to listen to all the music but really harsh when a random comedy bit just comes up.

I know I can copy these playlists and then remove the artists or specific tracks but it's a frustrating situation and not what was intended by Spotify.

Deleting songs in those playlists is not possible now in spotify 😐

My solution is copying the playlist to a new playlist and deleting the "songs" that aren't songs. I don't love the extra effort and I think Spotify should make it easier to solve this problem.
