Removing song from current playlist

I was wondering if there was an easier way to remove the current song from the current playlist? Right now I have to go back to the playlist and scroll around until I can find the song and then click to remove it. This becomes quite cumbersome and impractical on large playlists. 

I seem to recall you used to be able to jump the the current song in the playlist by clicking on "PLAYING FROM PLAYLIST X" but that doesn't appear to be a feature any longer.

No there's no way to delete the currently playing song from a playlist. If this is a feature you would like added, you can request it in the ideas section.
