Se você formatea o celular completamente, vai perder as playlists baixadas.

E questão de baixar de novo as playlists uma vez formatado o celular.

Yes, you do indeed lose your downloaded playlists when you format your phone, due to the entire storage being erased. I'd be careful when being tempted to erase your phone because of that.
