Running playlist doesn't work

Running playlist doesn't work

I tried to use Running for the first time. I chose running playlist, it detected my pace but then nothing happened, I got back to playlist selection.
I have Lenovo P2. I restarted the phone and reinstalled Spotify. Can you help?

That's not cool. Make sure you're following the steps here: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/lifestyle_features/running/. Also, have you tried to reinstall the app? If not, check this link: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.

Yes, I did follow the guide and I did reinstall the app as I wrote in my original post.
