SD Card Issues

Hey everyone!

I am having issues saving music to my SD card.  The SD card is new(ish) and has plenty of storage, however, when I go to my Spotify settings, there is no "Storage" option at the bottom.  I am running Android 6 and Spotify Version 7.4.0.  I have tried removing the SD card and uninstalling spotify and clearing all of my data, but nothing has worked.  Any suggestions??

Hello. Does android settings>storage show the SD card as internal or portable storage? What device are you using?

Thanks for the response!  I am using the Moto G4 and yes, the SD card is mounted as internal storage!

Then apps don't see an external SD card, just a large pool of internal storage. There's a more detailed explanation here. Have a read then decide whether reformatting the SD card as portable storage might work better for you.
