Samsung S7 Shutsdown

My Samsung S7 edge shutsdown whenever I try to link music from my laptop to my phone.

Hey @Tblac!

Samsung introduced an aggressive power saving option which is closing and creating other problems with Spotify when the application is sent to the background or the screen display turned off. Check this thread.

There is a battery saving option that you may need to turn off. Let's try disabling this option, and let us know if after doing this you're able to do this process following the steps you'll find here.
