Saved music gone

My spotify app keeps removing all my saved music?
This is currently happening on a weekly basis. It has been going on for over a month!

I have a galaxy alpha with the newest version of spotify. I'm also a premium user.

I have reinstalled the app over a dozen times with no change. I am usually offline with no Internet connection when it happens. The artists and saved albums are still present, however they are unavailable
to listen to offline.

I have over a hundred saved artists and it takes ages to re-download them for offline listening.

Hmm....what version of the app are you using? Also, do you have music downloaded on other devices?
