Security update on Android, cannot install Spotify anymore

Hello, I have a premium account  and have created a lot of playlists for my holiday in Thailand and Indonesia. Now Spotify did this security update and I need to download new version. However, I am in Thailand (tomorrow Indonesia) and Spotify cannot be downloaded in Thailand. I managed to download the apk file via a different route (not the googlePlay Store) but my android cannot install this (blocked on my work phone, they only allow apps installed via google Play). Help me please as I worked so hard on my playlists for holiday. I need my spotify !!!! Thanks for letting me know what to do.

The only solution would be to connect to Play via a VPN to trick it into thinking you're in a country where spotify is available. Try one of the free VPN services like TunnelBear.
