I accidentally disconnected Shazam from Spotify. Now I can no longer connect the two apps. I go into Shazam and click the 'Connect to Spotify' button, but nothing happens. How can I fix this?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

On iPhone (iOS):

Open the Shazam app.

Tap the gear icon (Settings) in the top left corner.

Select “Connect to Spotify”.

Log in to your Spotify account and authorize the connection.

 

After that, Shazam will ask if you want to automatically sync your identified songs to a playlist on Spotify called “My Shazam Songs” – you can turn this option on.

I have an Android device. I tried following your instructions, but on Spotify, Shazam disappeared from the connected apps, and now it won’t connect to Spotify anymore

I tinkered around a lot, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, and after several attempts the two programs finally reconnected. Thanks for your help!
