Since latest update it doesn't work on note 8

The latest update for android which I received on March 8 will not boot up on my note 8.  I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, removed the memory card, tried different accounts.  Works great on my wife's S8+ but once you log in on the note 8 the screen goes black and 30 sec later you get a msg saying it's taking to long to respond.  This has been going on since last week.
