Slow viddo and buffering

The bug:So i was opening spotify i was ready to lissen to Go away by weezer and best coastlong edit version and then i tapped turn into a video then it started buffering like crazy it was even at the lowest resolution and nope still buffering Now my tarif is unlimited date 30mb's speed so no problem fix this please thank you!

To start, we'd recommend logging out of your account and logging back in twice to force the sync between your device and your account. It's also worth restarting your device after logging out to see if the buffering persists.

Also, we'd recommend checking with a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference.

Lastly, could you check on a different device (using your own account) to see if it happens there? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.
