Some songs without equalizer

Hi, i have a problem with equalizer in some songs. These tunes are from once album, so it's not issue from mine Phone. When i am listening to "Ludzie Sztosy" by Dwa Sławy some songs are playing without equalizer. I will do a sample:
First song - without equalizer
Second - also without equalizer
Third one - equalizer working fine
Fourth one - also ok

This issue is always in the same songs. Has anyone Got that problem as well?

P.S Mine Phone is Sony Z2 and i've Got premium acc.

Every songs are downloaded by Spotify

Okay, everything is already fixed. I've updated android to 6.0 and working fine.
