Song plays for 1 second then stops

Whenever I play a song, it plays for a second then the music goes away. I've already tried restarting my phone, ununstalling the app, and clearing the cache but the problem is still occuring.

Are you still having issues with your songs? If so, can you remove all your offline devices here and reinstall the app on your device one more time? After this, try downloading your songs and playing music.
