Song title in lock screen is often wrong

On my Android devices (Nexus 5 and Nexus 10), most of the times the song title shown on lock screen is wrong: it's the title of the song that was playing when the device got locked, NOT the currently playing track! Sometimes the background picture is wrong as well. I find it a bit stupid, and maybe not so hard to fix! 😉 Thanks!!
