My Question or Issue

The song title will freeze, i can use all the buttons and and it responds but the song name and graphics when in full screen will always say the same song no matter what is playing. Don't have this issue on my laptop

Closing the app and reopening it does nothing

Same as clearing the cache

When i did a full reboot of my phone it only temporarily fixed the problem as when it next randomly freezes when i have to reboot phone again.

Redownloadin the app is also only a temporary fix.

Hi @Kilo_Delta,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

Can you confirm that you followed the steps that's provided in this article? There's some more steps to help thoroughly uninstall the app from your phone so if you haven't, we'd highly suggest it since the steps will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick and you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.

Keep us posted 🙂

Cheers!

I did the more thorough reinstall and cleared all cache also tried to do a
full reformat of the sd card in my phone the issue persists.
Thanks,
Kieran

Hi again @,Kilo_Delta,

Thank you for you reply and confirmation.

Can you log in with a different account on the device - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist? This will help us understand if it's account related or not.

Another useful step to try is you use a different internet connection.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!

Hi there @Kilo_Delta,

Thank you for getting back in touch with us.

We're not able to see anything in the video. Is it possible to upload it in a different format or for an example on YouTube?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Cheers!
