Song titles don't change on car display

My Question or Issue

When I start spotify through bluetooth on my car stereo and the song ends or I change it, the title of the song doesn't change on the display. The problem is on with spotify app and only with my phone (OnePlus 6) the xiaomi and iphone works fine.

I've found the answer: because my phones spotify worked fine with other cars and other phones worked fine with my car Ive changed the profile of my bluetooth through developer options. Activate Developer options. Go to system-> developer options -> Bluetooth AVRCP Version. Change it into another and reboot the phone. See if it works

I have the same problem.  The car will display the first and second songs, but then nothing at all after that.  It's annoying and just kind of destroys the experience.  Sometimes a song would catch your attention, and there is no information.  Its annoying, because you know that Spotify is better than this.
