Sort folders separately from playlists?

Why can't I sort my playlists on Android sorted logically, aka Alphabetically, but with folders on top, also alphabetically?

You know, like you used to, and even Windows 95 could?

It appears that you can only sort your playlists from a computer.

If you log in from a computer, then sort the playlists, it will directly take effect on your Android phone.
