Space is already Free...?!

Hey Guys,

im using spotify since 6 months!?

So now my Problem is, my phone cannot Download anymore tracks but my phone says that ive got more then 15 GB Freespace, how can i switch the downloaded files to another Memory?

Your English is much better than my German! What is the exact error message you get and when do you get it (a screenshot would be helpful)? How much free space do you have in internal storage and on external SD card? What device, android version and spotify version are you using?

There is a limit of 3,333 offline tracks per device - any chance you have exceeded this?
