Spotify Premium

I have purchased the HTC 10 and I used to have the HTC m8 I have a spotify account on my old HTC m8 and Iam unable to play any songs on my new HTC 10. I did also upgrade to spotify premium on my htcm8 but it still won't let me play my music on my new device the htc10.

What exactly is the Spotify app on the HTC10 device doing? Are you getting anyway warnings when attempting song playback?
