My Question or Issue
Spotify app stops working suddenly after using for 15 seconds. It crashes and gives an error "Unfortunately, Spotify has stopped." I reinstalled the app twice but it doesn't work. It was working one day and it suddenly stopped working properly. What do I do?

I'm using Asus Zenfone 2 with Android 5.0
My Spotify is up to date and there were no problems last week. It suddenly started crashing every 20 seconds for no reason.

Since you reinstalled last week, could you try doing it again following these steps? If that doesn't work, please remove your offline devices here to see if that makes a difference.
