Okay so I have had a premium account for a long time and noticed that virgin media was offering three months free premium so I thought save some cash and transfer my paid account to Virgin,

This was done and all was fine

Until very recently, I now can no longer download my play lists on my s3 ad if I listen to my play lists over my home wifi after the first Song it starts to make a screaming noise or just stops playing, I have looked at my account information and it still I'm a paid member and no one has contacted to say any different. Any ideas as to what is happening
