My Question or Issue
Whenever I switch from my phone to PS4 via bluetooth, the screen goes blank and all the options disappear. And all I see is those four icons on the bottom. And whenever I try to go back to the menu, nothing happens and everything else is stuck. Can you help me with this situation before it happens too often again please. Thanks.

This type of issue is usually related to some damaged cache stored on your phone from previous versions. We'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it can be helpful in getting rid of any corrupted files that might be causing issues.
If the issue persists, would you mind trying to connect a different device to your PS4 to see if it makes any difference? This will give us a better look at your issue.
