Spotify canvas doesn't work

My Question or Issue

So my spotify premium is not displaying canvas and some features are not working it only shows cover-page. Canvas is enabled in settings, data saver is disabled and connected to wifi. i tried clearing cache and installing the app again but its not working. FYI the premium subscription is new.

Could you check if the canvas is not showing up for any song at all? You can try some popular songs from any of the Top Charts playlists to check.

You can also click the playlist preview tiles on any playlist to quickly go through all of the songs. This will make it easier to check if any songs in the playlist has canvas. 

I'd also recommend checking if you are able to view canvas on other platforms like the web player or the desktop app.
