Spotify gift Card

I followed the steps it takes to use the gift card on the site and when I put it in it said I now have premium, it sent me the email and everything. But when I got onto Spotify it said I don't have it and I'm not on premium. How do I fix this?

Log out then log back in making sure to use the same user name as on the email confirmation. If the username is a string of numbers, log in with facebook. Let me know if that works.
