Unable to delete folders on android app

Please help. I think my playlists are corrupted. I have empty folders showing on the Android app on all android devices that I can not delete. They do not show on desktop. How can I get rid of them. So frustrating.... I've also just realised I may have ocd

I haven't seen this issue in ages but if you use the online contact form someone at Spotify can get rid of those folders. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
