Spotify not opening after update

Since the last update of Spotify, the app doesn't want to open (it stays in the white screen). Rebooting the phone and starting the app multiple times hasn't worked. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy Ace.

I hope you can fix this problem, otherwise I can't listen to music on my phone.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you may be experiencing a bug which has currently got a discussion about it going on here.

I suggest you post on that topic with your device, spotify version, internet provider, and any other helpful information. Don't forget to press the 'Me too' button at the top too!
