My Question or Issue.
From one day to the next i could no longer play any music on my android phone. No downloaded playlists, no favourites, nothing. Public Playlist are all 'empty'.
'Something went wrong, try again', 'check internet connection',... All other apps are working fine.
On my desktop and tablet Spotify is working fine... 😕
Phone has more than enough memory.
Who can help? Thx!
Solved! Go to Solution.
So, I had almost the same problem and I found a way to fix it. Somehow it had something to do with the SD card, so:
1. Uninstall spotify.
2. Unplug your SD card from your device.
3. Restart your phone without the SD card and then install spotify again.
4. Open spotify and log in.
This worked for me. The problem started since I update my phone, same model as yours. After I logged in withou the SD card it just worked fine, even when I plugged the card again.
