My Question or Issue
I have gotten an interstitial ad even though I pay for premium service.

First, we'd suggest heading here to double check the status of your subscription. If you're indeed on a Premium subscription, we'd recommend logging out and back in on your device to shake things up.
On another note, so we can better troubleshoot this, could you give us some additional information on the ad you saw, like if it's popping up only on a certain device or playlist?
It'd be also helpful if you could post a screenshot, just make sure sure that it doesn't contain any personal or sensitive info.
