My Question or Issue

Tried to update spotify and it wouldn't so i uninstalled it to try and reinstall it and now it just won't install at all. There is nothing wrong with my internet or storage space as I can update and download other apps fine but every time i go to download spotify it just says to check my internet connection even thought I've done this many times. I've also checked the spotify server status and it seems to be fine. This is particularly annoying as I'm trying to access my spotify wrapped and can't because of this issue.

Hey @Phoebegreenwood598,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This is an odd behavior because there should be no issues to install the app on your phone again. So first, we'd recommend checking if you have any active VPN when doing the process. If so, turn it off and try again.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend trying from a different Wi-Fi network as this could be related to your current connection.

Lastly, we'd recommend checking if you have the storage necessary to install the app. If not, try deleting some files or apps you don't need anymore. Remember also to download the official version of the app from the Google Play Store.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
