My Question or Issue

 Since this morning I have been unable to get spotify out of offline mode. I have checked that the option is disabled in settings and I have logged out then changed my password via the website before logging back in. Neither has worked

Many people are having this issue, the good thing is, I'm here to help.


I recommend trying a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

  1. I uninstalled the app and changed my password online and that seemed to work when I reinstalled it.

Try doing a force stop on the spotify app. It worked for me on an S8 having the same problem
