Hi I just turned on spotify on my phone and had a message saying 'you can only download to 2 devices so we will delete your downloads from this device' which it has. But I only use spotify on my phone...help if you can??

Hey Jonathan! Welcome to the community!

 

You can check your offline devices here! You can remove all old/unused devices from there. After that you can download music again on your phone. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I have e the same issue. But all it says is Android for all 3 devices. No way of telling which one if my Android devices is which and I only use 2 not 3. How do I tell what the specified device model is?
