My Question or Issue

6-8 weeks ago, the Touch Preview stopped working (except I can preview songs in my existing playlists). I've updated the App and performed both a quick and clean reinstall, with no success.

App version 8.5.71.723

Android 8.0.0

Build OPR 1.170.632.032

Software Version H91020h

This screenshot, is a search for an artist. Tapping on those tracks does nothing. If I go to one of the band's albums, same thing. Tapping that same area does nothing. No way to preview or even see the tracks. Doing the same thing on one of my saved playlists, and it works. I can see and preview each track.

Thanks for the screenshot.

I can confirm that at the moment, the "and more" option when viewing an album or artist page won't be leading to a page where you can preview a list of all the tracks contained within. However, you should still be able to listen to the shuffled tracks of an album or artist.

 

I understand that having the button while it not doing anything can be confusing and that you'd like to have a way to see all tracks in an album so rest assured that I’ll be passing your feedback to the right folks.

 

I’d also recommend posting an idea in the Ideas boards.
