Track not available

I have the premium family account and me and my girl both have spotify on Android.

On some tracks she gets an error "track not available" and is not able to play the song. But I can play can play the same song.. any ideas how to fix this?

Maybe she needs to change her settings. Can you verify if the "show unavailable songs" option is disabled?
