Trouble logging in

My premium got canceled due to cc issues and I got signed out. It won't let me sign in due to not being in the u.s. I'm currently in israel I tried to change the country setting in my profile and it won't let me change the country from the u.s. to Israel the only option I have is to choose the us

Spotify isn't available in Israel I'm afraid. If you want to sign up to premium again, you would need to do so using a payment method based in a participating country.
