Unable to download

Unable to download

I'm unable to download playlist even though i have already switched on the "download using cellular". It keeps prompting me to go to settings and switch on the download using cellular. I never had this problem before. Tonight I got soooo pissed off because of this stupid error, I cancelled my subscription with spotify. I have been a spotify subscriber for I think more than a year now. If this error will be fix, I will renew my subscription. Pls help. Pls email mw asap. Thanks. Pls see screenshots attached

Hi @t3tay13, I don't see further specifications but are you using a Premium account? Also have you tried unistalling the app, restarting your phone and installing the app again?

 

Yes. I have a premium account. I just cancelled my subscription a minute ago.

Have you tried uninstalling the app, restarting your phone and downloading the app again? This may fix your issue.
