Update Spotify with the new Android 13 media controls

My Question or Issue

The Spotify team should really update the app to support Android 13's new media controls. You can see in the screenshots to see the difference between Spotify and YT music (which does support the new media controls). People might say that it looks like a minor change but the thing I actually want the update for is that you can see the track time when you scrub in the third screenshot. Oh and one odd thing. It seems like Spotify had actually supported the new media controls back when Android 13 was still in beta as you can see in this article but somehow it's not available for anyone as you can see on Reddit
