My Question or Issue

The LG V20 allows for precise volume controls when the Hi-fi Quad Dac option is enabled. When the Spotify app is in focus the volume is adjusted by 5 steps for each physical button press instead of 1 step adjustments. The issue persists if the phone is locked while the Spotify app is open. When the application is exited volume controls revert to 1 step adjustments per physical button press. This problem wasn't present until recently, and there have been no system or security updates.
