My volume turns up and down as i play music. Sounds like the vocals come in and out of the background of the song. Yes i have set the extreme settings on and messed with the equalizer
Spotify is the only app that does this!!!!!

Have you tried the following to fix your problem?

• Restarted Spotify
• Relogging into Spotify
• Restarted your device
• Reinstalled Spotify

Also, may I ask what platform are you using Spotify on and what version of Spotify are you using? (For Example: Desktop computer and the Spotify desktop application)
