Weird issue

Lately, when I'm listening to my songs on shuffle, an old Rammstein song will come on. When I reach for the Skip button I accidentally turn the volume up and leave the song on. Any ideas? Anybody else experiencing this?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll definitely be able to help out though.

How long has this been going on for? Does it only happen with that one song? Does the skip button not work if you tap on it? 

If that's the case, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.
