Why are my playlists not loading

Why are my playlists not loading

Every time I want to select my own playlists, I get a never ending loading screen. The only thing that works is going on to artist profiles and play their music there. I genuinely don't understand why this is happening, however I do have a very old phone (Samsung galaxy folder 2) but I've seen many people who have this phone but have no issue at all.

Hey! Welcome to the community!

 

That's a weird one, does this issue happen on different networks, if you're using wifi, maybe try change to another wifi network or use mobile data? Have you got a VPN active? I'm not certain that it would be a network issue as you mentioned you're able to play songs via other means and just not through your playlists.

 

I would recommend following the instructions here for a clean reinstall and see if that is able to make a difference!
