Why do I get Offline message?

Have for a week now (?) got an message that I'm Offline. Have Internet connection for everything else on my Android 12 mobile.
Can play already downloaded music...
(Have payed my bills)

Do se my cryptic UID, in the app.
Now playing from Chrome, have been able to log in. UID: 215agt3wjqqlb5alkcpkfinii

Have tried to log out, but now I can't even log in again thru Crime or app, HELP

On the home screen in the top right press the gear ⚙️ icon for settings. Look down to Playback and see if Offline Mode has the switch beside it turned on. Let us know if this helps.
