Wifi streaming only option

My Question or Issue

As per other post Spotify need to implement a wifi streaming only option.

ios and some android OSs (one plus)  allow controlling apps internet access via settings (see attachments).  However most, including Samsung do not.  The option to stream using wifi therefore should be available in app as per other music providing applications

The only way I have been able to achieve this is via the third party app netguard.
