Won't sync local files

hiya, i'm a premium member like most of us (duh)

I connect to my router wifi (the same internet my computer is connected to)

I can see my phone in the devices, the problem is it says like its syncing but my phone keeps appearing and dissappearing from there.. like it is syncing and then dissappear from the devices in the desktop clients non stop... 

any clue? ;/ I tried everything ! 

also.. it shows like its syncing 10 files but I had 1 file only ... how come? and it says pending on the actual folders I want to sync... instead of syncing them, like there are 10 invisible songs
